Step 1: Create a 600x600px doc and fill the background with #ff6600. Using the font: Haettenschweiler; type in your white text...i typed "WHEATIES" for obvious reasons. Your font should be at a size of 100-150px. |  | Step 2: Click on layer-->type--convert to shape; Next click edit-->transform-->skew The text will now be outlined and you can manipluate the skew. Simply pull the upper left corner of the box, over the left of the W, and drag it down until the W is about 66% of its original height and resembles the image to the right |  | Step 3: With the skew sqaured away, click, edit-->transform-->scale and set the width to 75% leaving the height at 100%. Your wheaties logo should now look like the image to the right.
|  | Step4: Double click on the text layer, now a shape, and enter the blending options seen in the following pictures:
Drop Shadow: Color #2749ab, Opacity 100%, Angle 45, Distance 6px, Spread 0, Size 0.
